The PPA Profile provides individuals and organisations with an overview of their behavioural preferences, self motivation, job emphasis and work mask (their preferred behavioural style in the workplace). The profile can also determine an individuals behaviour under pressure.

For recruitment the PPA tool can be used to create the ideal profile for a specific role, against which potential candidates profiles can be analysed, highlighting areas of strength and weakness.
