Why open courses?
In an ideal world, all of your training and development
requirements would be met by your own internal training
schedule.
But what do you do when the developmental needs of some
individuals are not met by your own in-house training
programme? Consider the newly promoted
manager who has had no formal management training.
Do you cobble together an ad-hoc package and hope that
it meets their needs? Or worse still do you wait until you can
place them on the next available in-house course which could
be months away?
Neither scenario is desirable, so placing your employees on
open courses with a provider you trust, is a great alternative.
