Rachael brings passion, energy and an infectious enthusiasm to all of her coaching,
consulting and training. Rachael inspires others to recognise and maximise their
own potential and drive performance by adopting a high performance attitude.
With a successful background in the challenging and competitive arena of
pharmaceuticals, Rachael’s experience ranges from first line sales professional
through to sales management, marketing management, training
management and coaching consultant. A flavour of some of these areas of

Sales management: Driving multi million pound accounts through effective
and inspirational leadership of regional sales teams within in a fiercely
competitive environment.
Marketing management: Developing brand value, optimising brand loyalty and
managing a brand at various stages through its life cycle. Creation of brand
campaigns to support the sale teams.
Training manager – Rachael has been at the forefront of shaping and
delivering internal courses designed to align individual training needs and
skill sets with organisational strategy. Rachael uses the latest NLP
techniques to engage audiences and inspire change.
Rachael has been delighted to share this experience across a variety of
sectors including pharmaceuticals, financial insurance, retail and manufacturing both in the UK, Europe and Asia.
